Whole family support employability service

West Lothian's Whole Family Support Employability Service is part of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland Intensive Family Support Service.

In West Lothian, the Whole Family Support Employability Service is delivered by West Lothian Council,  enhancing West Lothian's existing Whole Family Support Programme delivered by adding employability to the overall service offer.

The project supports families in West Lothian with multiple and complex needs.

The project works holistically with families, supporting and promoting each individuals needs whilst working towards achieving united sustainable change. The service aims to support families to improve their circumstances, develop their skills, and build family resilience.
